Createproto specializes in the research, development, design, manufacturing, and sales of professional CNC machines, including CNC routers, CNC mills, laser cutters, laser engravers, laser marking machines, laser welders, laser cleaners, plasma cutters, edge banding machines, digital knife cutting machines, wood lathes, as well as parts and accessories. We are committed to providing high-quality CNC machines known for their reliability.
While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Your reliance on such information is at your own risk.
To place an order, provide accurate information. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment terms are as agreed upon during the order process.
We make reasonable efforts for timely delivery. If any damage or discrepancy is observed upon receipt, note it on the delivery receipt or notify delivery personnel immediately. Customers should contact our customer service team within 24 hours to report issues.

This agreement is the entire understanding between you and Createproto, superseding all prior agreements.
